Aerospace & Defense Precision Manufacturing

EST. 2022

We own and operate the companies the mission depends on.

Anchored in precision manufacturing, acquiring the capability and capacity around it. Held, not flipped. No fund clock, no resale plan.

We don't buy to sell.

01

Why we exist

America's defense and space programs depend on small, founder-owned shops that hold the hardest tolerances. Most have no succession plan.

We buy them and keep them. Certifications maintained, teams retained, capacity expanded. Our anchor is in precision manufacturing; we are acquiring capability and capacity around it.

At our anchor, since 2022

Headcount more than doubled · aerospace QMS built · capacity expanding

Capital support

Factoring and bridge capital

Primes pay slowly; shops deliver fast. We fund our own supply base so the industrial capacity we depend on stays liquid. Collateralized and boring by design.

03

What we acquire

Founder-built. Mission-critical. Held for good.

A narrow filter, by design.

Leadership

Operators, not allocators.

We are early, and we move at that speed. Decisions get made in days, not committee cycles.

President

Zach Doss

Leads the platform day to day. Precision manufacturing, operations, finance.

Chairman

Wes Murry

Capital and structure. Decades backing industrial businesses through the cycle.

Bench

Depth comes from the platform itself — the operators already running our anchor. We are building the executive team out of people who have run shops, not funds.

Contact

Own a shop that can hold the tolerances the mission needs — and wondering who takes care of it after you?

We're not running a process. We're having a conversation.

  • No fund. No LPs, no investment committee, no fund life.
  • Control positions only. We don't take minority stakes.
  • We hold permanently. There is no resale plan to disclose.

Owners

Your name stays on the building, your team stays employed, and the certifications stay current. Ask us what happened to the last shop we bought.

Intermediaries

Send the teaser or the CIM. We read everything that fits the criteria above and we say no quickly when it doesn't.

We don't publish the names of the companies we own. That isn't marketing restraint — it's the same discipline we'd apply to yours.
